Hello! I’m Leah Donovan, a Chicago-based lighting designer from Massachusetts. I have a BFA in Lighting Design from the Theatre School at DePaul University. My passion for lighting began when I was a spotlight operator for our middle school musical, and I’ve been lucky enough to pursue my dream of working in entertainment lighting ever since.
I have experience as a designer, assistant, electrician, and programmer in a variety of theatrical spaces. I’m looking forward to broadening my skills with a foray into concert lighting this upcoming summer.
